How do I place a hold or confirm a booking?
Place a soft hold by contacting us with your preferred date, hours, and team size. We’ll confirm availability and send a hold number. To book, approve the estimate and studio policies—then a deposit secures your slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 72+ hours before start time receive a full refund. Within 72 hours we charge 50% of the estimate; within 24 hours, 100% applies due to staffing and prep commitments.
How is overtime billed?
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the base hourly rate. Please inform the studio manager before extending to ensure building access and elevator timing.
What gear is included vs. add-ons?
Standard kit: two C-stands, sandbags, extension cords, and V-flats. Add-ons include strobes, stands, continuous lights, and grip packages listed in the catalog.
