Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FrameSpot Studios facilities and services. By placing a hold, confirming a booking, or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings and holds

A soft hold reserves a time window without guarantee. Confirmation requires acceptance of an estimate and policies, plus a deposit. We may release soft holds if a competing party is ready to confirm and you decline to proceed.

3. Payments

4. Cancellations

Cancellations 72+ hours before start time are fully refundable. Within 72 hours, 50% of the estimate applies; within 24 hours, 100% applies.

6. Insurance and responsibility

For productions above five crew or involving third-party vendors, a certificate of insurance is required. You are responsible for the actions of your crew, talent, and guests while on premises.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameSpot Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid for the relevant booking.

8. Property and equipment

Do not modify fixtures, paint walls, or affix items without permission. You are responsible for returning rented gear in the condition it was provided, allowing for reasonable wear.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
